About Me

I am a Christian and I BELIEVE absolutely, 100%, that the Bible is the Word of God. I believe it is true and accurate and it is as applicable today as it was during the time it was written.

My faith is real, but it is NOT blind faith. Nor is it lacking in intelligence. Like many Christians, I have struggled with doubts and had many questions that challenged my faith over the years. As a result, I have extensively studied, not only the Bible and books that argue for Christianity, but those that argue against it as well. I have also studied many other religions and spiritual ideas in my search for truth. I’ve even read the Quran, the Book of Mormon, and many other holy books that people like to argue over, but have never bothered to read.

In spite of all my research, I keep coming back to Christianity. I feel, based on my studies and my search for truth, that Christianity is real and it is the right choice for me. Not all of my questions have been answered and maybe they never will be. I guess that’s where FAITH comes in. If God answered every question and proved 100% that Christianity is correct, then none of us would need Faith and God asks us to have faith. I CHOOSE to have faith!

My purpose for this blog is to write about what I have learned and what I continue to learn every day, so that I can do as God commanded and be a light to others.
