Feeling Lethargic

Today has been a lousy day. I don’t know why but I’ve felt sleepy and sluggish all day. It doesn’t help that I’ve had a nagging headache, too.

The one thing I hate most about this time of the year is the constant ups and downs in the temperature. The weather just can’t seem to decide if it wants to be summer or not. For the last week it’s been muggy, hot, and humid with temperatures as high as 89 degrees. To me, that’s miserable. Today, we barely got past 70 and it’s expected to get pretty cool tonight. Now, I love the cooler temperature. I’m definitely NOT a summer weather person. I just hate the ups and downs. Every time there’s a major change in the temperature, it really messes with my sinuses and triggers these annoying headaches, just like the one I have now.

As for the sleepy sluggishness, I have no idea where that’s coming from. It could be related to the headache but, if it is, it’s definitely out of the ordinary for me. It could also be my Lexapro. I know that’s been causing me to be a bit sleepy but not usually THIS sleepy and lethargic. Whatever it is, it’s annoying. I’m getting sick of yawning and I can’t get anything done. All I’ve done all day is lay on the bed and watch TV. At least I managed to get up long enough to do my tummy crunches. That’s an accomplishment to be proud of. I just hope tomorrow is better than today.
