US woman, mother of twins, delivers six new bundles of joy

Six newborns and two 3-year-olds? Oh my! This woman will never sleep again! I can’t imagine facing a situation like this. I love kids but this is too much!

If I were her, my first mission after getting home would be to get my husband neutered! LOL! My second mission would be creating a very specific list of things my husband had BETTER plan on helping me with, especially since it was HIS idea to have “just one more!”

It’s easy to laugh about this because I’m not the one walking in their shoes. I can just imagine the stress they are under right now, even though there is still joy over the births of their babies. They are facing a huge, exhausting responsibility, not only with the work involved in caring for them as infants and children, but the ultimate task of raising them into responsible adults. It doesn’t say in the article whether any of the babies have health issues or not, but I hope for their sakes that the children are healthy and strong.

It helps a lot that their Church and a lot of companies are stepping forward to offer much needed baby supplies, not to mention volunteers for help with the care and feeding of the babies when they come home. Unfortunately, once the novelty wears off, the volunteers usually disappear as well and ultimately the parents are left to handle the burden on their own.

This is definitely one family that needs a lot of prayers. I’m certainly adding them to my prayer list.
